Israel-Lebanon talks set to begin in Washington in an hour

Talks between Israel and Lebanon are due to move forward today in Washington DC. They're set to start at 11:00 ET (15:00 GMT / 16:00 BST), with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio joining, according to a US State Department memo. Both countries' ambassadors to the US will take part - Israeli Ambassador Yechiel Leiter and Lebanese Ambassador Nada Hamadeh Moawad.
