Jury must reach unanimous decision to convict Clancy
分析失败
In criminal trials in the US the jury must reach a unanimous decision in order to convict the defendant. The jury in the Clancy trial has been unable to meet this level of agreement. This differs from in the UK where if the jury cannot reach a unanimous verdict then the judge can allow them to reach a majority verdict.
