Gironde region bans Scout camps and summer camp stays

The region of Gironde, surrounding the city of Bordeaux, has banned Scout camps and "vacation stays organised for persons with disabilities". It also says summer camps for children, as well as overnight stays at leisure centres, are prohibited.
