It says the "landslide-dammed lake" caused by the initial flood is "currently at a high water level and has begun to overflow, posing a risk of further breach". "The situation is currently at a critical stage for rescue and emergency response in both Nepal and China," it writes on X. "Relevant authorities in both China and Nepal
