Court adjourns for the day

We have come to the end of today's arguments, and court has been adjourned for the day - but stay tuned, we'll be summarising all we heard. Prosecutors will be back up tomorrow, continuing their rebuttal of the arguments made by Patterson's lawyers. Then they'll move onto their own appeal. They want the appeal judges to overturn the triple-murderer's parole period, arguing that she should never be freed.
