Yesterday, Patterson’s lawyers detailed why they believe the trial was a miscarriage of justice, pointing to issues with the jury during deliberations and questions over evidence that was and wasn’t allowed - and in what way. The prosecution responded to some of those claims and will continue doing so today, before they move onto their own appea
