Smoke rises over Orsk after Ukraine says it hit oil refinery in 'deep strike'

We can now bring you an image from Orsk showing a large plume of smoke rising over the sky. The general staff of Ukraine's armed forces has said it struck a large oil refinery in the city overnight, around 1,500km from the frontline, in a "deep strike".
