Tibet death toll rises to 31reaking

Chinese state media outlet Xinhua reports 31 have died following the flash flooding on the Tibetan side of the border, while 531 remain missing. It adds that 987 items were found which belongs to victims. The revised death toll is an increase on Thursday's figure of 21. On the Nepal side, authorities say there are 1,280 dead and 4,708 missing.
