Safety regulator to speak on Monday

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) says it has launched a "go team" to investigate the crash at Miami's international airport on Sunday night. A media briefing in Miami will be scheduled for Monday, it said, with chairwoman Jennifer Homendy expected to give an update.
