Sanctions not 'a boycott of business with Israel', says work and pensions secretary

Today's government announcement is not going to be a "boycott of business with Israel", the secretary of work and pensions has said. Pat McFadden tells Radio 4's Today programme the expected measures come in response to a "continued expansion of settlement activity".
