Israeli security minister calls on Netanyahu to close East Jerusalem's British consulatereaking

Israel's national security minister has called on Benjamin Netanyahu to "close the British consulate in East Jerusalem". Itamar Ben-Gvir says in a statement on X the consulate operates "openly on behalf of the Palestinian authority". "This must be Israel's resolute response to British audacity," he adds.
