Carney sees little support from EU countries over developing US trade war

Carney was widely praised at the Swiss resort of Davos in the winter for warning that "middle powers" should work together in the face of more powerful nations flexing their economic muscle. But EU countries are also in Trump's crosshairs over tariffs and they have their own concern
