Carney’s approval rating more than a year and a half into his mandate is a healthy 60%, according to an August national poll by Liaison Strategies. A recent Angus Reid poll suggests that 76% of Canadians feel their prime minister was right to ditch trade talks with the US. President Trump’s approval rate in the US, on the other hand, has fal
