Pakistan's foreign ministry says Islamabad is in touch with the US and Iran to end the conflict. The ministry's spokesman, Tahir Andrabi, says Pakistan is confident Tehran and Washington will "return to the table for dialogue". Pakistan has emerged as a key mediator during the ongoing war. Citing his country's chief of defence forces visit to Iran last month, Andrabi says the talks created "considerable momentum" on matters relating to the Strait of Hormuz.
