Vance will be the centre of attention this weekend as he leads the American delegation at the US-Iran talks in Islamabad. The negotiations come after both sides agreed to a temporary two-week ceasefire. Vance faces a difficult balancing act in trying to secure a permanent end to the war that will satisfy Trump, Tehran, Israel and Americ
