Reports of death toll rising

The death toll is rising after the magnitude 7.4 earthquake in Colombia, though different media outlets have tallied different counts from various local officials. At least 69 people have been killed so far, according to the AFP news agency. Reuters news agency reports 77 people have been killed. The police director in the Colombian city of Pereira, Óscar Leonel Ochoa, tells Radio Caracol, "We have a preliminary count of 47 people dead. There are more than 60 or 70 collapsed buildings"
