Nepal police: At least 18 people dead in Rasua floodreaking

Nepal police have published a statement saying that 18 people had been confirmed dead by 15:45 local time (10:00 GMT). One man was found dead in Rasuwa, seven people in Nuwakot, six in Dhading and four in Gorkha, the statement says.
