Flood misery across the Philippines

While not directly on the path of Dolphin, Chan-Hom or Peilou, large swathes of the Philippines have been battered by non-stop monsoon rains since last week. Over nine days, more than a month's worth of rains fell on many areas, according to the state weather bureau Pagasa. Dolphin exacerbated the deluge as it hovered north, on its way to China.
