Fourth storm has formed
分析失败
As Asia continues to battle wet weather brought by three simultaneous storms in the region, they're bracing for another one. Typhoon No. 17, also known as Nangka, has formed near Japan's southern islands this morning, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA). Philippine authorities say they are monitoring it as well. It's expected to maintain its strength as it moves across the water in the coming days, according to a forecast by the JMA.
