Ukraine says it hit a Russian missile fuel plant in Rostov

Ukraine's army says it has struck a missile fuel production facility in Russia. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine says in a post on Telegram that it hit the Kamensky Plant in the Rostov region of western Russia. He describes it as "an important enemy military-industrial facility" that is "directly used to meet the needs of the Russian armed forces". Russian officials have yet to comment on the attack.
