Oil prices slide after Trump's ceasefire announcement

Global oil prices have fallen sharply after US President Donald Trump announced a conditional two-week ceasefire. Brent crude is down 5.8% at $103.42 a barrel, while US-traded oil was almost 8.5% lower at $103.25. But prices remain much higher than before the conflict started on 28 February.
