'Complex hours' ahead as authorities respond to fires, says Spanish PM

But he warned that "complex hours" lay ahead, adding that although temperatures have dropped, "we do not know exactly how the wind will develop, how strong it will be". He made the remarks while visiting affected areas on Saturday.
