Two killed in Russian strike on eastern Ukrainian city

The death toll following a Russian strike in Pavlohrad has risen to two, according to a regional official. Seven people were also injured in the strike, with warehouses in the eastern Ukrainian city still on fire, according to local official Oleksandr Hanzha.
