One killed after Russian attack on ship carrying grain - Odesa governor

One person was killed and three were injured in a Russian attack on a ship loaded with Ukrainian wheat in Odesa, the regional governor says. In a post on Telegram, he writes that the ship, sailing under the Guinea-Bissau flag, suffered hull damage and that a fire broke out on board.
