Five injured in Russian-occupied Luhansk following strike - official

Five people have been injured in Luhansk following a Ukrainian strike, according to the Russian-installed governor. Leonid Pasechnik says that the attack targeted a soft drinks warehouse and the wounded were taken to hospital. For context: Moscow claims to have annexed the Luhansk region, after occupying parts of it since 2014, but this is not officially recognised.
